The work ethics of Islam relegios teacher is an interesting issue to search. Some observers clarifies that the implementation of the Islamic religious education in the scholl was just failed. I think is a bypothetical and tentative conclusion. The preliminary suvey on SMUN Malang informs us that the Islamic religious teacher who have a high work ethics is able a guide the students and the community of the shool in their religiousity, it is even able to eliminate the student's moral decadence. This writing will invite the readers how to study the work ethics of Islamic religious teacher, and it's implication to increase and improve the implimentation process and product of the Islamic religious education in the school. syur.
