Currently, Indonesia needs educational planning which has public oriented. Educational planners should have capability to apply the concept pf trategic manajement of countryside development with the autonomy. Educational instions or schools as non profit organisations are suggested to apply strategic management by formulating strategi planning and operational planning based on internal and external factor in that institution. Moreover, that planning should consider the weaknesses as the obstacles and the strengh as the supporting ai applying those strategies.
