This research is library research and based on two steps; first, collecting some topics related to an effort of saving and loan with syari'ah model. Second, comparing toward themes which have some idea and purpose. The comparative studies is assumed significant to strenght recearh's aasumption. Conclusion of this research is that existence of finance's institution and banking with syari'ah model well response to Indonesian community espesially muslim community. Although not all community full accept it, because of a limited reach and a long process. After economic crisis, finance's institute and banking with syari'ah model is seen as an alternatif which is effective, promising and useful for community.
