The study was aimed to know personality kiai in effec of muslim boarding school and how is personality kiai in has relationship with teaher, student, and how for the personality kiai in his relationship with society. The sample for research is muslim boarding school langitan Tuban. The study took the qualitative which method attempted to described realities in mudlim boarding school. The data collected were by using ubservation, dept interviews, and documentation. As theoretic that the personality kiai in effec of muslim boarding school all perform laudable practice. For example to surrender, to present accepted, patient, trus in god, figthing, willingness, and honest. For the personality kiai in his relationship with teacher, student, mutual respect and mutual understanging because in the mill pesantren all made the following book ta'limu ta'alim . the personality kiai in relationship with siciety been to be come society, pieties, and simplicities.hety.
