This research is aimed to describe the development management of Islamic Institute of higher education [PTI] as one on the educational institution in Indonesia especially to uncover the problems: Why and how PTI use development management and relation to the given autonomy and wider mandate by the autority and also the response of PTI in facing growing competition and challeges in this global era. It is because the growing assumtion that the fact of PTI has fallen behind is due to some complex factors such as the weakness in managerial factor of PTI. The weakness in managerial faktor of PTI result in lowers educational process and decrease the competitive power of PTI.hety.
