This study focuses on the factors causing the increasing number of divorce among PNS in the district of Jember and the effort on the regency goverment to decrease the divorces among PNS in the district of Jember. The result shows that the disvorces among PNS tend to increase. The factors causing the divorces are quarrels, disagreement, heaving affair with other man or woman [pil atau wil], barreness, gambling, and principal difference.het.
