Implementation of SK Mendiknas Number 044/U/2002 on school Commite and Cauncil of education, the role the parents, teachers, school principals, grows more important in school management. According to that SK stakeholders can participate to design school budget. If their participation can be created, transparency and accountability of school management can be built.
