Sistem pendidikan di Pondok Modern Gontor : suatu kajian evaluatif /
This study was aimed to decribe to profile of curriculum development Kulliyatul Mu'allimin al Islamiyah of Modern Pondok of Gontor and its application, so that it has a clear position in the national education system. To achieve the objective, a qualitative research was carried out. The data were collected through participant observation, depth-interview, and documentation in the dynamics of the campus. The curriculum have been developed under the guidance of the al hifdzubil-qadimi-shalih wal akhdzu bil jadidil ashlah. In general, the curriculum seemed to be similar to the curriculum of the islamic schools. If therewas a difference the difference lies in the hidden curriculum, that is, the stress on the Arabic, the teaching-learning strategy which used herbart approach, the philosophy of life being modeled, the sincerity in various aspect of the life,the discipline and a bedience, the equality in levels, right, and duties, the national education based on the unity in diversity,...yo.
