The leadership style effectiveness of a person is not only determined by leader, but it is determined by situation and condition, that is the level of staff mature. Another word that the effectiveness of leadership style is not only determined by internal capability, but determined by capability and staff motivation. With the effectiveness of leadership style determined by relevance the applying of leadership style toward the level of capability and staff motivation. Applying leadership faced many problems, and the most prominent is humanresourses problems. In order to give expression to the problems of leadership and efforts it solve, the reseach focused on 1) how is the problems of the leadership in kandepdiknas specailly in handling human resources, 2) what problems couses specailly in handling human resources, 3) what efforts have already done in facing that problem, 4) how is the process of problem solving in order to answer the question above, this reseach designed with......yo.
