Implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah pada Madrasah Swasta di Pekalongan : studi partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pendidikan madrasah /
This research attempts to describe the equality of society's participation in madrasah education as the implementation of School Based Management in private schools of Pekalongan. The research uses qualitative approach with descriptive-analytical method. To investigate data, the researchers use participant observation method, in-depth-interview method, and available documents. Theyresult of this research reveals that madrasah has its own special unique and character, especially its independence in managing the financing resources. In fact, madrasah has also applied the principle of independence in carrying out of education before the School-Based Management concept is widely discussed.yo.
