The aim of this research is to show that the Javanese feudalism culture has a great influence to the concept of presidency's power ruled in the Indonesian constitution [UUD 1945]. As a library research, it uses historical and philosophical approach. The result of the research is that the majority of theBPUPKI's members to create the constitution are Javanese figures that really want to create it based on the Indonesian culture, particularly Javanese culture. Therefore, the constitution gives a big power to the presidency.yo.
