Based on 2-methoxyethanol toxicity and characteristic of extractginseng Java root extract ginseng Java Root which is stimulate spermatogenesis in mice. These research were designed for the evaluate 1)the incidence of testicular injury which is induced by 2-ME, 2)the capability of extract of Java ginsengroot to repair of testicular damage and, 3)the term of aplication of Java ginseng java root extract repair testicular damage. The experiment was being grouped into 3 random groups, for one or some treatment in a group. 2-ME was grouped intothree random groups and for one group were divided in one or more sub-group 2-MEwere injected intraperitoneally at dose of 200 mg/kg of body weigh per day for 4, 5, 6, and 7 the weeks. Testes were observed histologically. 2-ME can caused decrease the diameter of seminiferous tubules, thick of seminiferous tubules ephitel and the number of spermatogonic cells ie, spermatogonia, spermatocyt, and oval spermatid.
