Islamic jurisprudence [fiqh] is a science that had been established since the appearance of the school leaders of Islamic legal thought [aimmat al madhahib]. they had specific legal theories and methods that are subsequentlyfollowed and spread by their followers in oral and writing traditions. Althoughtthey used the same sources-al Qur'an and al Hadis, They arrived at different legal opinions because of different theories and methods used. In the same time, the fanatic followers of certain school leaders began the write qur'anic exegeses in the light of their theories and methods. As a consequence, they were rigorously affected by the school of legal thought they followed. This article tries to describe qur'anic exegeses-colored by Islamic legal thought-that are written by al Jassas, al Kiya al Harasi, al Tabari, and Ibn 'Arabi.yo.
