The focus of this research is the impementation KTSP and factor thet suprort and hinder the implememtation of the MTs KTSP Malang 1. this reseacrh uses a qualitative approach with case studies. the results showed thet in general the implementation KTSP Accordance with the standards provided by BNSP. Succes in the implementation of KTSP is heavily influenced by human resources profesionals and teacers who are committed to the progress of the madrasah.
