Al Qur'an is Moslems' holy book. It is a revealed-complete guidance from Allah SWT. But, understanding al Qur'an is not easy. Therefore, hermeneutic is vitally needed. With the adequate hermeneutic, the effort to understand the Qur'an will be made easily and effectively. As man's throught develops, the shows that the hermeneutic will always develop as long as the Moslems always do their best to understand the Qur'an.ifa.
