Peran penilaian keadilan terhadap komitmen organisasi : telaah psikologi sosial dan keislaman /
The aim of the research are, to explore the influence of distributive justice and procedural justice toward organizational commitment. Data collection in this research has done by surveying method. The scales of organizational comitment, Distributive justice and procedural justice were used as a parameters. Research was conducted at Universitas Islam Negeri [UIN] Malang, with the employess as a subject. The total number of the subjects were 43. The result shown that procedural justice was founded significantly influenced to the organizational commitment, and distributive justice not influenced to the organizational commitment.ifa.
