It has aims to increase the quantity of students and qauality of the teachers in bteaching learning process, increase the fasilities of the school. The methods which is used in improving it is by using personal aproaches in empowerment the teacher in teaching learning process, there by, it can result teachers who will be able to aplly the fasilities and method well. Besides teachers more professional in teaching learning so the students can understand the object well.ifa.
