The arabic teaching in Indonesia have been faced with any problems. With majarities in Moslem population, the Arabic teaching in Indonesia should be learned accelerativelly in any levels of education, so the Arabic should became one of the familiar language in social and cultural interactional among moslems in Indonesia. The Arabic existed in Indonesia with the social and cultural support and it emerged strongly in the Moslem community and it has become the religion language for a long, but obviouly the Arabic teaching faced by any constraints. The problem rooted on the quality of human resources and management of Arabic learning was carried out by the authority is still unseriously. The problem of Arabic teaching founded in any levels of education;from the elementary level to the higher education.
