This study examined whether, after PIDRA program activity had gender perspective in Phase I in Ponorogo District, there was still indication that gapsbetween males and females, being program group target, was associated with aspects of access, control, participation, and benefit to productive resources or not. The objectives of study were to (1)understand gender gap on access and control to productive resources and benefit, and participation in decision making of productive resources and benefit between males and females of self-Help Groups [Kelompok Mandiri] members of PIDRA Program in Ponorogo District; 2)know causal factors of gender gap of PIDRA in Ponorogo District. The basic method used in this study was mixed method emphasized on a descriptive analytical method. The total of 60 respondents was selected from five KM of five targeted villages.
