This research is raised because concerned researcher enough with the condition of prisoner of childt which joint with the adult prisoner place. As for intention of research is to know how about condition a child during in authoritative unrightious prisoner, knowing efforts which have been done by lapas/rutan in the case of lessening impact of prisoner mixing and as far as what restorative justice can strengthen child personalit. Result of research indicate that is true needed to evacuation/special new development rutan for child in East Java. This matter more or less will make the concept of restorative justice more effective, especially if translated in construction of child prisoner in lapas/rutan.ifa.
