The difference of views between Sunnis and Shiites have long occurred. In the matter of leadership, there is very striking difference between Sunnis and Shittes and often is to be a contentious issue. The difference of leadership principles is derived from the text of some traditions. Meanwhile, on other aspects such as principles of worship, muamalah, mawaris, jinayah, and hudud there is no serious study being performed, so it may not be known the difference on such. Therefore, this study focused on the writing tradition of the books of Hadith among the Shia and the contents of them. On the writing tradition of the book of hadith, the study was directed to the authority of al Kafi al Kulayni and the background of this writing. The findings demonstrate that the concept of tradition in Shi'ite is all things well transmitted from the words, deeds, and decress of the Prophet or of their Ma'shum Imams. The book of Ushul al Hadith al Kafi Kulayni has the same characteristics as the...ifa.
