The present research deals with the influence of lecturers' competence and motivasion in working on the implementation of the three missions of university at STAIN Tulungagung. It is aimed at 1)describing the significant influence of lecturers' competence on the implementation of the three missions of university; 2)describing the significant influence of lectures' motivation on the implementation of three missions of university; and 3)describing the significant influence of both lecturers' competence and motivation on the implementation of three missions of university. This research used quantitative approach and took 65 permanent lecturers of STAIN Tulungagung as its population. In analyzing the data, it used a statistic method with multiple parametric regression linier suby statistical program for social sciences version 16. The statistic computation shows that 1)there is the significant influence of lecturers' competence on the implementation of the three missions of...ifa.
