Akad-akad tabarru' bank syari'ah :
As a complementary contract, tabarru' functions as a social instrument to make fund and financial transaction easy. It is legally permitted and aimed at collecting fund to pay the paid cost, and not intended to gain profit or commercial income. Tabarru' contract can be classified into three: loan contracts service contract, and donation. Furthermore, there are contracts that are closely related to the tabaru' contract, such as, qard [loan contract], rahn [security deposit contract], hiwalah [cession contract], and kafalah [guarantee contract]. The present article describes these contaracts from their legal foundations, purposes, kinds, and related issues.ifa.
