Implementasi contextual teaching and learning [CTL] pada pembelajaran sains melalui permainan tradisional :
This study aims to find out the differences due to the implementation of CTL through traditional games and that of conventional learning in terms of: 1)students' scientific activities, 2)learning participation, and 3)science learning outcomes. This study was a quasi experimental study involving the independent variable, namely the implementation of CTL through traditional games and that of conventional learning, and the dependent variables consisting of: 1) students' scientific activities, 2)learning participation, and 3) science learning outcomes. The research population comprised year V students of MIN Kauman Jombang and the sample consisted of students in classes VA and VB who were randomly selected. The data were collected by using a tset and a Likert-scale questionaire. The data were analyzed by using the t-test, and the instrument validity was assessed by using the item and test analysis.
