The goal of national education is to prepare the generation who are not only master knowledge and science but also maintain good morality based on religious taeching. Islamic educational institution foster the students' understanding of religion without ignoring the development of information and technology. The organization of Islamic educational institution comprises educational institution comprises of five important aspect, namely, management, the use computer and internet in teaching and learning process, teamworking, the use taeching aids, and the participation of teachers, students, parents, and stakeholders. In terms of developing educational quality, it needs taecher empowerment of school, assessment of teaching learning process, and teachers' competence.ifa.
