However, Joseph Schacht considers that although the custom has contributed greatly to the formation of Islamic law, customs never pay attension to its historical development. Another thing that can be used as evidence, within the context of Indonesia, is the problems of divorce attachment, property, and compulsory testamentary which are strongly influenced by culture.ifa.
