Library is one of the information sources with an ability to comprise knowledge, technology, art and culture. It is also an institution that has democratic, economic and strategic position to make an endeavor to educate nation and play a role as an instrument to conduct an active learning as well as long life education or lifelong learning for either individual or collective. In fact, however, the intensity of library usage as the means of learning media is still very low. There are many factors influence this reality. One of them is the lack of library promotion. Because of this reason, the library must be more frequent and systematic in performing the promotion of library services to encourage society to be interested in using library services as a learning source.ifa.
