Pengembangan instrumen penilaian kompetensi kepribasian guru pendidikan agama Budha
The purpose of this study was to determine the components that can be used to
develop personal competence assessment instruments Buddhist religious education teacher. This research developed with research and development methods based on the Borg and Gall’s learning development model, which is adjusted. Based on validity and reliability test, these instruments
are valid and reliabel, so the results of the study can be explained as follows: Instrumen Personality competency Buddhism religious teacher, can be composed based on the indicator of (1) Self control, including; morality, can be an example, can accept criticism and suggestions. (2) openmindedness,
including creatif and inovatif. (3) Interpersonal skills, including: friendly, objective,and can manage emotions, and be able to communicate effectively. (4) Integrity, include, can understand the emotions of others and to be honest, uphold the code of ethics of teachers, be noble
and act in a manner. (5) Leadership, including, be fair, and high work ethic, and credible, discipline and innovators. Characteristics instrument personal competence education teacher of Buddhism as a whole is good.
