In the course historical experience of the muslim world, various forms of relations between state and people are considered to be failed in accomplishing the politics and state affairs. This failure consequently cristalizes in the form of unharmonious relation. To overcome this problem, it is badly needed to render the refomulation in order to find an ideal harmonious relation.
