This focuses on God's sovereignty in relation to human being's behavior. This article tries to give a comprehensive understanding of God's sovereignty and human being's freedom, both in theological level and philosophical one. Tehe researche results in two mainstreams. Firstly, the freedom of human beings is the privilege of God to render the responsibility of human being's attitudes. Meanwhile, absolute sovereignty of God is His responsibility of His creatures, thatis human beings. Secondely, the limitation of God's sovereignty in accordance with His attitude still depends on His Qada and Qodar. Thus, His absolute sovereignty does not transgress His iradah. Meanwhile, the limitation of human being's freedom is not really freewill, but human being's freedom here is free to choose and determine their attitudes, because human being's attitude is determined to be chosen.
