Strategi public relations IAIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya dalam membangun opini publik :
This study is focused on analyzing the IAIN strategy of public relation in creating public opinion. Referring to this focus, this study tries to uncover whether the IAIN strategy of public relation is effective to create internal public opinion, and the source from whice internal publi perceive information about IAIN policy. In answering the questions, qualitative and quantitative approuches are used. The former were analyzed using the domain of semantic relations, whereas the letter using comprehenshive analysis.
