Fiqh in its wider meaning can be referred to any effort to interpretet religious texts [scripture], and implement it in real life context. In this way fiqh come into form of very various formulation that result from at least two condutions, that are the problem of the limid of interpretation [ijtihad istinbathiy], any the problem of implementation in the real live [ijtihad tathbiqiy]. The two conditions as can be seen in the long history of fiqh formulation respectively interact, take and give. From this point of view context and not force the first to be always devined by the second vise versa.hety.
