In the global era, quality is regarded as a tool to gain to competitive advantage. At present, higher education must improve its quality, such as: Service quality, sestem of education, management,etc. In order to get community truth, higher education must improve the quality of assurance, the quality of control, and the quality of improvement. Higher education should continuously evaluate the system of education. According to Parasuraman, to evaluate the higher education can be done by five dimentions of quality.
