Pola tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan lokal di Jakarta :
The present study employed both field surveys of 375 Indonesian firms in Jakarta followed by 40 in-depth inteviews with selected respondent from the survey. It is based on the tened that contextual factors play significant roles both in defining corporate social responsibility as well as CSR activities that are undertaken by firms. It seeks to understand how family owned and non-family owned companies define what activities are concidered as CSR, and to what extend structural factors affect the choice of activities. This study is at initial stage employing grounded theory approach in studying CSR in Indonesia.het.
