The study aims at describing the tendency of the rational behaviours of the students of STAIN Jember as the voters in the general election 2004 both for legislative and presidential election. It also tried to describe whether there was a significant difference between senior students and junior ones. The result show that [1] there was tendency to be rational voters among the students of STAIN jember in the general election 2004 by the significance rate of 5.
