Transparasi management pesantren menuju profesionalisme : menggagas konsep baru tentang manajemen pesantren menjawab tantangan masa depan: studi kasus di pesantren Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo /
So far, pesantren is known as the traditional institution that is managed and family-like management system and lack of tranparency. This qualitative research in pesantren Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo aims at identifying it's management especially it's transparance for the shake of professionalism. To collect the data, it used observation, deep interview and documents. The final result of the study shows that transparency has penetrated the management sytem of pesantren Nurul Jadid Paiton probolinggo eventhough it's quality was just enough. The transparent management system of pesantren Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo was indicated especially in it's financial, pesantren's wealth, and human resources management. Alhough the transparency was just considered enough, but there was an optimistic spirit to be profesional among the managers.het.
