The study present the products of BMI, their Islamic legal analysis, their stregths and weaknesses. As legal analysis, this study uses normative and discriptive approach, and library research as the instrument. The results show that the products of BMI are the financial collection, for example, giro, tabungan, deposito, and financial providing, such as, mudarobah, musyarokah, murobahah, al ba'i bi thaman ajil, and al qrd al hasan. in the view of the Islamic legal system, all the products and their operational maintenance can be accepted.het
