The research focuses of this study are the categorization of muhallil marriage and their legal status. This study uses qualitative normative approach and library research as the instrument. The results of the study show that muhallil marriage is a form of marriage between a man and a woman who has been divorced by his husband with a three levels is of divorce which is aimed at enabling the woman get married to her prior husband after the second husband divorces her and she has finished her iddah period. With regard to the legal status of the marriage as a legal activity.het.
