The opportunity of NGO in developing self-reliance, in narrower sense, and empowering the organization, in wider sense, need strong innovation and idealism from the social activist. Obviously the consistency of the organizations needs support from their beneficiaries. The advocacy programs that are conducted by a local NGO in Lampung, LSIKAP, in their struggle to establish democracy in Tanngamus community, has compelled the organization to develop social entrepreneurial. It is realised by implementing the traditional culture within one oftheir business units, KSM [Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat] and collective business activities of the members.yo.
