This research is addressed to reply the questions of how functionaries of Islamic Political Parties view the political role of women and how farthe Islamic teachings, as the basic tenets of their belief, influence their views. The data are collected from a number of studies on the role of woman in political life, as well as articles from journals which discuss the similiar issues. So far, as this study reveals, there is no different between the so called conservative parties, such as PKS, PPP and PBB, and the moderate, such as PKB and PAN, in viewing the political role of women. these parties agree that women own the same rights to participate in political life as men do, although, to some degrees, there is still a slight differences among them in actuating their commitment in the real life.yo.
