Pengembangan resiliensi santri di pondok pesantren :
In an effort to recognize, define and develop in the context of adverse conditions and to recognize the individual's ability to recivery from adversity, the behavioral sciences have introduced and advanced the construct of resilience. Resilience is generally defined as successful adaptation in the midts of challenging and threatening circumstances. It is now increasingly recognized that youth research needs to pay at least as much attention to the development of competences, resources, skills and assets as to the emergence of disadvantage and risk. Promoting resilience in adolescents, especially in pesantren, should be done in ecological perspective. Ecological perspective is an appropriate model for studying individual, school [pesantren], community and cultural influence on both santri and their teacher.ifa.
