Quality culture of Madrasah [Islamic school] is the description of the organization culture of Madrasah. A strong quality culture is built from four dimension-capability, commitment, cohesion, consistent. In order to develop the quality culture of madrasah, according to the model introduced by Kurt Lewin, can be done in three stages of structural changes 1)initiative, 2)management, and 3)sustainabilily. These three stages is called as unfreezing movement and refreezing.ifa.
