The current development of information and communication technology [ICT] decreased communication between library staffs and library users. The use of computer and internet has lessened their relationship. Therefore it must be strenghen by a proper personal touch to get library users' satisfaction. To realize this personal touch, the knowledge of library users, their satisfaction and its benefits are badly needed. Having clearly known its valuable benefits, some efforts to reach user's satisfaction must be carried out. The fact says that library users' satisfaction is strongly related with the quality of library services and related with the quality of library staff. As the library staff is the most precious element of library, their development needs to be seriously planned and systematically executed, particularly their soft skills, to meet the user satisfaction. If the users satisfy with library services, it will have significant ripple effects to the library in the future...ifa.
