On the job training activity such as the court justice practice, has an important role to keep the equilibrium of theory and practice knowing of student. It also important for the successes study that united the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. Frankly, this paper is based on the evaluation research of court justice practice of syari'ah faculty of IAIN Mataram in 2009. Its main focus is the critical study of internal activity of court justice practice with the application of evaluation model or OEM [Organization Element Model] based on Thomas and Khufman Theory. That model is able to cover the input, process, product, output and outcome elements. Four of the first elements are mentioned as the internal element and the fifth as the external element. This study concludes that, the internal electivity of court justice of Syari'ah faculty of IAIN Mataram in 2009, based on input, process, product and output elements is still in low level, even through, in output element...ifa.
