Analisis kepuasan mahasiswa Fakultas Dakwah IAIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya :
In order to meet the student's expectations and satisfaction, Faculty of Da'wah always attempts to improve its quality of services. This descriptive research aims to determine the extent of the satisfaction of students at the Faculty of Da'wah, the indicators that trigger their satisfaction and the efforts to emhance the satisfaction. The population is the student in semester 4 dan 6 from all majors and courses. Sampling technique uses proportional stratified random sampling with the sample size 286 students. The data are collected through questionnaires and interviews. Gap analysis is used as a tool to answer and describe the gap between expectations and satisfaction or performance of the observed variables. Quadrant analysis is used to find the attributes to be implemented or even delayed execution to meet customer expectations.ifa.
