The presence of bank institution, in this case is Community Credit Bank [BPR], is appropriate as an alternative to decrease the dualism of financial economy in Indonesia. As a financial institution having a very important role in against poverty BPR should be able to guarantee its own viability independently. Interaction of BPR and its clients must establish a mutual relathionship financially. Client's satisfaction becomes the main priority and obligation for most of institutions to keep being success, either in the operational, managerial, or strategic levels. Satisfying clients in general is accepted as the reason of their existence, survival, and developing its efforts. Global marketing environment with the level competition which is competitive and high quality service are keys for the success of institution.
